COOLGREENPMX001 Penrite OEM Green Coolant Premix – 1 Litre

Green OEM Coolant Premix is a GENUINE GLYSANTIN® G48®, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Fully Licensed and Warranty Approved, Type “A” Ethylene glycol, Anti-Freeze Anti-Boil coolant as used in initial manufacturer factory fills. It uses a technically advanced HYBRID (HOAT – Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) based inhibitor system that is Phosphate, Amine and Nitrite free. The extended long life inhibitor formulation prevents rust, corrosion, cavitation and degradation of the cooling system for 8 years or 500,000km. It is available in both concentrate and premix formulations.

Green OEM Coolant Premix is mixed at a 50% concentration level as per initial manufacturer requirements.

Green OEM Coolant Premix is suitable for the cooling systems of petrol, LPG, light and heavy-duty diesel and industrial engines where Hybrid (HOAT) type anti-freeze / anti-boil and anti-corrosion properties are required. It is suitable for passenger cars, 4WD’s, motorcycles, light & heavy-duty commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment. It is especially suited to vehicles of European origin such as Audi / VW (G11), BMW, Mercedes, Porsche (Pre-1995), Volvo, Opel & Saab, but it may be used in all types of vehicles.

Green OEM Coolant Premix provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion for all materials used in the engine and in the cooling system construction. It protects cast iron, aluminium, copper and solder alloys as well as the hoses, seals and plastics used for the cooling system construction. It is effective in all cast iron aluminium engines that are under load or used in extreme hot and cold climates. It may be used in all types of vehicles that use green, blue or yellow coloured initial fill coolants and it is also suitable for use in out of warranty service to maintain OEM performance. It is also ideal for motorcycles.

Green OEM Coolant Premix is a 50% concentration formulation and is ready to use directly from the container. It is pre-mixed with Penrite De-Mineralised Water and can be poured directly into the cooling system. No further dilution is required. It can be used as a complete service refill, top-up or is safe to mix with compatible Type A coolant. Penrite recommends that a 50% concentration level should be maintained for maximum, performance and longevity of the coolant and protection of the cooling system.

COOLANT TESTING

For measuring coolant concentration and condition, we recommend Penrite Coolant Test Strips. Penrite recommends flushing the cooling system prior to a complete service refill. Penrite Radiator Flush effectively cleans the system in 7 minutes and prepares the cooling system for new coolant.
